When you go through one of life’s most stressful, challenging, joyous events of selling and buying a home, you want, you NEED someone like Kelsey by your side. She is incredibly knowledgeable in all things real estate, people, negotiating, and strategy. Kelsey was by our side every step of the way on both ends of the process (buying and selling). She was this amazing mama bear for us protecting us, calming us down, explaining everything along the way. We felt so taken care of. While she is an expert in her field, and closes more deals than I’d imagine a real estate agent could even dream, she always made me feel like I was her most valued client. Amazingly responsive via text, phone call, or e-mail, I was never waiting around to hear back from Kelsey. I always knew what was happening. We decided to look at houses after our baby was just a month old. A house came on the market that we fell in love with. It didn’t work out in the end, but it started off our house hunting journey. She was patient with us as new parents, and I’ll never forget her kindness. We were slower getting in and out of the car at each house, you know, first baby, and she was always just waiting at the door with a smile on her face. She made showings manageable so we weren’t driving all over town, and she even helped me stay calm when our baby had her first explosive accident while out of the house. What sets Kelsey apart from the rest is that she truly cares about you as a person/family. It is abundantly clear Kelsey didn’t get into this industry for any reason other than to make families dreams come true. You aren’t just a number to her. She wants you beaming with joy when you sign the papers to your new home. For the selling side, she sold our house $50k over asking the first weekend it was on the market!!! That helped to make our dream house even more of a reality. The quick sale made my new mama heart happy as you can imagine trying to keep a house show ready with two dogs and a newborn is no small feat. She understood that and she did everything in her power and MADE.IT.HAPPEN. Gorgeous staging, remarkable photos. Honestly so good I at one point questioned selling because our house shined so amazing with all the touches. During our process we had a buyer walk on us and Kelsey got us back under contract the SAME day. You never have to worry if you are Kelsey’s client. She handles the stress, and everything. With this being our first home purchase in Colorado, we had a lot of questions.
